pgpg Terms & Conditions and Terms of Service Agreement

These Terms and Conditions and Terms of Service Agreement ("Terms") apply to all players using the pgpg platform in accordance with applicable law. By registering an account on the pgpg website or using any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

pgpg reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use of the platform after an announcement constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

Players must be 21 or older to use pgpg services. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use the platform in any way. If a player provides a false age when registering, their account will be suspended and closed.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account at pgpg. Opening additional accounts under the same name, sharing a bank account with another member, or opening multiple accounts from the same IP address may result in penalties including deductions, bonus cancellation, or account closure.

2.3 Accurate Information

When registering, players must provide their real name and correct contact details. pgpg may also request supporting identification documents when approving withdrawals. If the information provided is found to be inaccurate, withdrawal processing may be put on hold.

2.4 Account Security

Players are personally responsible for keeping their account login details secure. All activity carried out through an account is considered the responsibility of the account holder, regardless of who accessed it. Account credentials must not be shared with anyone.

3.1 Deposit Methods

At pgpg, you can deposit using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks for all methods. Funds will be credited to your account almost instantly after deposit.

3.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. pgpg aims to process all withdrawal requests within 1 hour. Withdrawals will be made using the same method you used to deposit.

3.3 Withdrawal Request Suspension / Cancellation

pgpg may suspend or refuse a withdrawal request in the following situations—

• If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus wagering requirement has been met
• If the player's identity has not been fully verified
• If there is suspicion that the account is being used fraudulently
• While enhanced due diligence checks are being carried out

4.1 Welcome Bonus

pgpg gives first-time depositing players a 200% bonus, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 40,000 Ks bonus and your account balance becomes 60,000 Ks. The 40,000 Ks bonus must be wagered 20 times, meaning a total of 800,000 Ks must be wagered.

Likewise, if you deposit 220,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks and your account balance becomes 420,000 Ks. The 200,000 Ks bonus must be wagered 20 times, meaning a total of 4,000,000 Ks must be wagered.

4.2 Bonus Wagering Requirement

To withdraw a welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. The eligible games and their contribution percentages toward completing the wagering requirement are listed on the promotions page. You cannot withdraw until the wagering requirement is fully met; your Bonus Balance will not be depleted in the meantime.

4.3 Promotion Terms

Every bonus and promotion will be issued with its own additional terms and conditions. Those specific terms supplement these general terms. pgpg reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion without prior notice.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If coordinated or suspicious bonus abuse patterns are detected, pgpg reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated game results.

5.1 Fair Play

All games offered by pgpg must be played fairly. Using software exploits, automated bot programs, or any method that seriously disrupts the integrity of gameplay is a violation of these terms.

5.2 Technical Violations

Players are not permitted to use software exploits, arbitrage, or collusion. If such activity is detected, the player's funds may be frozen and legal action may be taken.

5.3 Result Accuracy and Dispute Resolution

Server records relating to game results are final. If games are temporarily interrupted due to a technical issue, pgpg will use its judgment to determine how any affected games in progress are handled.

The pgpg VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players move up tiers as their play volume increases.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Cashback amounts are available only to players who meet the conditions listed on the promotions page. VIP cashback is awarded as bonus funds and bonus terms will apply.

7.1 Player Responsibilities

The player accepts that they use the platform of their own free will. All betting and gaming activity must be carried out within their own decisions and financial limits. If they feel they are losing control, they can use the self-exclusion tools listed on the Responsible Gaming page.

7.2 pgpg Limitation of Liability

pgpg is not responsible for any personal or financial consequences arising from a player's losses, betting decisions, or the way they last used the platform.

7.3 Damages Caused by Technical Failures

If a player suffers losses due to technical issues beyond pgpg's control, communication disruptions, or third-party service failures, pgpg is not liable to compensate for those losses.

The player agrees that pgpg may collect and use the personal information necessary to provide its services and fulfil legal obligations. This collection of personal information will be carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request to close their account at any time through the 24/7 Live Chat service. After closure, any remaining balance (provided the Wagering Requirement has been met) should be paid out.

9.2 Closure by pgpg

If these terms and conditions are violated, pgpg reserves the right to close a player's account without prior notice. In such cases, pgpg's decision is final. Where the closure is due to Bonus Abuse, pgpg may void any bonus funds while choosing to return the original deposits.

Any dispute between a player and pgpg must first be addressed by contacting the 24/7 Live Chat service or emailing [email protected]. If a player takes external action without first contacting pgpg, pgpg will not be able to assist.

If no agreement is reached after contact, pgpg will review the account records and server logs related to the matter and issue a final decision. The player must accept that decision.

Players are responsible for verifying that online gaming is not restricted under the laws of their own region. If pgpg becomes aware that a player is accessing the service from a jurisdiction where it is prohibited, pgpg may suspend the service.
